We are a UK based luxury loungewear company known for the ‘Snuggy’ brand and we specialise in premium quality products. We sell a wide range of loungewear and home items. It’s possible that you might’ve already heard about our famous oversized hooded blanket adored by many customers including celebrities. It provides extra comfort and coziness to take the chill out of the air in winter, or on a summer’s night in the garden while you enjoy the soft embrace of the 100% Sherpa fleece on the inside and the smooth flannel fleece on the outside.

The Snuggy Hoodie Blankets are available in sizes for both adults and kids. It is one of our most popular, comfy and stylish products and we have sizes and colours that will fit your whole family and even your furry pets. Handcrafted and extremely soft, we can guarantee that you’ll feel warm and comfy in the hug of your Snuggy.

The ‘Snuggy Pod’ is a unique and ergonomically friendly bed tent that makes falling asleep and waking up smoother by reducing ambient light and creating a cozy atmosphere. It is easy to set up, fits standard mattresses and bed frames and you can take it everywhere with you in its portable sleeping bag size carrier. Ideal to turn your child’s bed into a magical dome or castle, but also used by night shift workers or people on the autistic spectrum who need to have the extra feeling of calm and protection during sleeptime. We also offer a blackout version of the pod which blocks all light from coming through.

We are an online-only business and in order to provide you with the range of products we have and at the prices we offer, we are not operating from physical shops. If you have any questions about sizes, materials, delivery or anything else with regard to our products, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. We are confident that the supreme quality of our cruelty free products speaks for itself, however we also offer returns within 14 days of your purchase in case you are not satisfied for whatever reason.

The Snuggy blankets and hoodie blankets are carefully hand-crafted and have very soft flannel fleece exterior and 100% sherpa fleece interior. It feels like the softest sheepskin but it’s completely CRUELTY FREE!

Despite their softness and silky smooth feel, the Snuggy is extremely durable and manufactured to last. We don’t compromise on quality and cost and this guarantees that you can machine wash them and they will preserve their soft cozy feel cycle after cycle. For best results follow the instructions on the label.

We offer worldwide shipping to any postal address globally.

For UK deliveries the following rates apply:
Standard at £4.99
Express Shipping at £7.99
For orders over £149 we offer free delivery in the UK.
Local delivery rates apply for all other countries. You can use our online calculator at ‘Checkout’ to see the cost of your delivery after entering the country and postcode to where you want it delivered. Any duty or other fees that you might need to pay at delivery according to local regulations are not included.

We work with DPD as our carrier of choice so after you place your order and it has been processed in our warehouse we’ll send you a tracking code so you can easily track your package. The delivery time depends on your location. You should allow extra delivery time throughout busy periods such as Christmas. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by force majeure, transport strikes or any other events that are outside of our control and might cause delays in shipping your package to you.

 If your order tracking says ‘delivered’ but you still haven’t received your package, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll do our best to track it down to you. In the rare case it is lost, we’ll issue you a refund or ship a substitute again.

Yes, we offer very flexible returns options and if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days by following our returns policy guidelines.

If, for whatever reason, you would like to return your order, simply email us with your name and order number within 14 days of delivery, and also provide as much information about why you want to return it. All return postage costs are covered by the buyer unless the item is damaged or you’ve received the wrong item.

Yes, if you are complying with our returns policy we’ll issue you a refund within 1-2 working days after we’ve processed your claim.

Our sizing system is very simple - our wearable products come in either one-size-fits-all or in a very limited range of easy to select sizes. All our Snuggy blankets come in adult size (12+ years) and kids size (4-12 years). For all our products, please see the detailed description on the product page and there should be a size chart with dimensions or contact us if you are not sure what to order.

All our luxury Snuggy blankets and hoodies look gift wrapped as they come with a beautiful bow around them already. However, we also offer an additional gift-wrapping service for a fee of £9.99. The offer includes a discreet luxury gift box with a bow-tied ribbon and the Snuggy branding on the inside.
