Snuggy Returns Policy

We are extremely confident that you will love our Snuggy products. However, in the unlikely event you wish to return your order, you have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund or an exchange provided that it meets our guidelines. 

RETURN GUIDELINES

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be sent back in the condition they were received. 
  • Please fill out the returns form inside your parcel in as much detail as possible, clearly stating your contact details & order number. 
  • You may be eligible for a refund on the return postage costs depending on the nature & reasons for your return. Please keep an image of your return postage receipt just incase. 

How to return?

Please follow the instructions on the returns form inside your parcel. You must fill this in with as much detail as possible & include it in with your return. All returns must be sent to the returns address in the top right corner of the returns form, postal code TS18 2RS.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will take 3-5 days to arrive back in the original payment method account. You will always receive a confirmation text or email to the contact preference provided on your original order. 

Exchanges will always be sent on a next day service free of charge, unless stated otherwise. It is important as much detail about the exchange, size, colour etc is provided on the returns form in order for us to process this quickly for you.
